Quality management is the planning, control and improvement of defined work processes and their procedures. Occupational safety regulations can be found at all levels of the law and must be implemented at all times.

Objectives

Interpret the procedure for setting up a quality management system and transfer it to your own business environment.
In the QM area of occupational safety, the following points must be applied and implemented as required

  • Identifying accident dangers
  • Correct behaviour in the event of accidents
  • Sensibilization of danger potentials in the work area
  • Enhancement of general knowledge related to electricity
  • Using implements and tools correctly and eliminating danger
  • Signalling in road traffic
