Die f\u00fcr die Praxis wichtigen Artikel aus dem Grundbuchrecht, Baurecht und Raumplanungsgesetz beschreiben und die Vertragsverh\u00e4ltnisse aus dem Obligationenrecht anwenden. Zus\u00e4tzlich beschreiben sie Grundz\u00fcge des Handels- und Gesellschaftsrecht und wenden die Grunds\u00e4tze im Personen- und Sachrecht korrekt an.
