{"id":760,"date":"2018-08-21T17:46:48","date_gmt":"2018-08-21T15:46:48","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/geo-education.ch\/?page_id=760"},"modified":"2022-09-19T18:52:14","modified_gmt":"2022-09-19T16:52:14","slug":"b1b-formation-des-apprentis","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/geo-education.ch\/?page_id=760&lang=fr","title":{"rendered":"Formation des apprentis (B1b)"},"content":{"rendered":"<h4>Description<\/h4>\n<p>Transmettre aux apprentis, des comp\u00e9tences professionnelles et sociales au sein de l\u2019entreprise.<\/p>\n<h4>Pr\u00e9requis (recommandations)<\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vous utilisez MS Office (Excel).<\/span><\/p>\n<h4>Objectifs<\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Appliquer dans la pratique des techniques de conduite et de formation du domaine de l\u2019apprentissage.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vous \u00eates capable de :\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Planifier la formation en relation avec les ressources de l\u2019entreprise.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Evaluer les capacit\u00e9s atteintes par les apprentis (en th\u00e9orie, calculs prof et math\u00e9matique).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">D\u00e9finir des buts individuels bas\u00e9s sur l\u2019aptitude de l\u2019apprenti.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Transmettre des connaissances et du savoir professionnel.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Contenu<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bases de la formation professionnelle.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bases l\u00e9gales du rapport d\u2019apprentissage.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">D\u00e9veloppement de la jeunesse (psychologie).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Conduite de jeunes personnes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Encouragement de la sant\u00e9 \/ pr\u00e9vention de la toxicomanie.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Planification de la formation.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Enseigner et apprendre dans l\u2019entreprise.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Qualification des apprentis.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Rappel de notions de math\u00e9matique et Excel au niveau CFC.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Dur\u00e9e d\u2019\u00e9tude<\/h4>\n<p>45 p\u00e9riodes enseign\u00e9es plus environ 5 p\u00e9riodes de travail individuel.<\/p>\n<h4>Particularit\u00e9s<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Ce module sera fusionn\u00e9 au \u00ab Cours de Formation pour Formateur en Entreprise&#8221; (CFFE).<\/li>\n<li>Pour pouvoir obtenir l&#8217;attestation CFFE (ma\u00eetre d&#8217;apprentissage valable pour tous les cantons), le candidat doit avoir suivi au minimum 90% des cours.<\/li>\n<li>Pour pouvoir obtenir le certificat CF-geo du module, le candidat doit r\u00e9ussir l&#8217;examen du module.<\/li>\n<li>Il n&#8217;est pas possible de ne suivre qu&#8217;un cours de ce module.
