En particulier sur les rapports juridiques et les dispositions existantes sur la protection des donn\u00e9es personnelles.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Afin de pouvoir assurer une bonne s\u00e9curit\u00e9 TI, il est n\u00e9cessaire d\u2019instaurer des mesures de protection<\/span>.<\/p>\n<h4>Pr\u00e9requis (recommandations)<\/h4>\n<p>Connaissance de base de notre syst\u00e8me juridique.<\/p>\n<h4>Objectifs<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00c9noncer des rapports juridiques existants dans le domaine TI.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">D\u00e9montrer responsabilit\u00e9 et droit p\u00e9nal dans le domaine d\u2019Internet.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Comprendre les aspects de la protection des donn\u00e9es.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Identifier des donn\u00e9es \u00e0 prot\u00e9ger et d\u00e9terminer leur degr\u00e9 de protection.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">D\u00e9crire les mesures ad\u00e9quates d\u2019organisation, personnelles, d\u2019infrastructure et techniques.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">D\u00e9finir des concepts de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 pour une protection de base TI (e.a. sc\u00e9nario d\u2019urgence Virus).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">D\u00e9montrer la protection des donn\u00e9es et mesures de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 pour des donn\u00e9es de personnes et d\u2019affaires.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Expliquer les standards de
